Without Missing a Beat

I think the title of this post is best way to describe our time together in the classroom this week after our vacation.  The children have been intrigued by the new Practical Life lessons which have been in constant use.  Also, some children have been returning to older lessons - like 'mini' reviews.  I suspect  this gives them a sense of stability and self-confidence as materials are revisited after a length of time.  Some pictures to share:

Reading practice with the Phonetic Object Box.

Making a Mandala with stones.

Opening/Closing practice with items from Asia.

Pin Pushing - Asia

Play dough and Asia.
