ReplyDeleteOn the Step Board there are white clips for attaching tracing paper. In our classroom we trace the letters with markers, but the Step Board has gotten messy from years and years of children's marker-use. How do you keep your Step Board so clean??
Hi Laura, The answer is simple - I don't use the tracing strips! I keep the focus of using the Step Board on phonemic awareness and reading (rather than writing). For writing practice, we guide the children towards Sandpaper Letters, chalkboards, paper/pencil, etc…
